Feelers

Sensing with awareness

The body communicates clearly. The hair stands up on my arms. I get goose bumps. I get a pit in my stomach, or a tingle at the back of my neck. I say “I’ll put my feelers out”. I practice listening to the cues of biofeedback, noticing and then inquiring and eventually adapting.
